Board Members

I am so excited to be working with this amazing neighborhood association. I live on Ozark Rd. with my husband, Daxton, and my two girls, Ellery, age 7, and Thatcher, age 4. I am a speech therapist working with geriatrics in the home health setting. When I’m not working or taking care of kids, I love to spend time in the outdoors especially on whitewater, hiking, beekeeping, gardening, and knitting.

I will be serving as treasurer for my first year on the board, and I am excited about the energy the current board brings to the neighborhood.  My wife, Abby, and I have lived at 2800 Haywood Ave for the last 10 years. We have 2 girls, ages 11 and 5. I work at CADAS as a substance abuse counselor and my wife works at Erlanger in the legal department. We have seen the neighborhood growing  in the last decade and we care deeply about this neighborhood as we have plans to stay here for some time. I have fond memories of my neighborhood growing up and wish the same for my children. I am looking forward to serving on the new board and making Stuart Heights a memorable experience for all.

I am happy to be part of the board and look forward to the opportunity to support this amazing neighborhood. I joined the board in January 2020 but 2020 was a strange year so I am looking forward to our great work in 2021. My family moved to Chattanooga in April of 2018, but I grew up just down the road in Knoxville. We rented a house on Rivermont Drive (just across Hixson Pike) and we loved the area so much, we bought our house on Tiktin in the Spring of 2019. My wife Robin is an artist, and we have a small business called Red Daisy Art Designs that makes leather journals, bags, cuffs and other jewelry. My son is 5 years old, loves his neighborhood friends and playing at the pool. I have worked in Operations Leadership for 20+ years and aspire to the philosophy of Servant Leadership. I love art and would spend my days wandering around the Hunter if allowed. I am involved in the community in various ways including working on the Advancement Committee with Girls Inc of Chattanooga. Please reach out and let us know how we can better serve you.

My family and I love living near Stuart Heights! We bought our home in 2013 and enjoy walking the neighborhood, having playdates with nearby families, attending events at St. Luke Church, and swimming at the Stuart Heights pool. We have two amazing young children, Evie (6) and Georgie (4), and enjoy spending our free time outdoors, hiking and near the water. I work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, serving those with special needs. We are thrilled at the overwhelming interest in the growth of this neighborhood and surrounding community. See everyone at the Stuart Heights upcoming events!

My fiance, Alex Haas, and I moved to Chattanooga three years ago. Through St. Luke’s Church and neighborhood events we have been introduced to many of the wonderful people who help make up Stuart Heights Neighborhood. When given the opportunity to join the board last year, I gladly accepted it. This year there is renewed energy, passion, and drive to really create a warm and inviting neighborhood and community within the board, I am proud and excited to be a part of this. A little bit about me, I am a seventh generation Texan, who currently works for NAI Charter, a local commercial real estate company. I am also a full-time student at UTC, attempting to get my second degree in Accounting. I enjoy playing sports, the two big ones in my life are soccer and ultimate frisbee. I played for women’s soccer team at Mississippi State University and sometimes play in recreational leagues around Chattanooga. I also play ultimate frisbee for both a competitive local team and a professional women’s team in Nashville. I am passionate about senior dogs, particularly boxers, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Looking forward to getting to know y’all and seeing Stuart Heights continue to grow and thrive.

I am so excited to be welcoming all the new members to our beautiful Stuart Heights neighborhood as new member coordinator! My husband, Riley, and I live with our puppy, Boone, on the corner of Lockwood and Ozark. We both went to Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. We moved to Chattanooga from Charlotte a little over a year ago and absolutely adore this city and neighborhood. On the weekends you can find us hiking, on the river, at a brewery, cooking, or traveling!
